So far, we have lost wire-to-wire by 20 (Denver game) Started out in the 1st quarter well only to lose the rest of the game by 20 (Warriors) Built a 20 point lead in the 3rd quarter only to lose by 40 the rest of the way (tonight) Tomorrow, I feel the Rockets force OT, at which point the Thunder go on a 20-0 run in 5 minutes to beat us by 20.
And you obviously LOVE the team sucking so you can tell us how right you were all along. CF used to be a better place when we all actually LIKED the Rockets.
I hope it's a 50-point loss which will get Mchale fired. I know Mchale is not the biggest problem but it would be nice to have JVG to inject some discipline and defense to this team.
If they go out and get truly embarassed (which I hope they don't), I wonder what really happens with this team then. Can they come back from that this season mentally? Will they just be happy to make the playoffs then? Will Les or Morey do anything at all? Will it all blow up and our magic carpet ride is over? You can NEVER take the future for granted. The wheels can fall off the bus around the next corner when you least expect it. I certainly hope that is not what is happening and we are all just over reacting.
