    Many of my cousins have had c-sections, they said the pain doesn't truly go away 100% or something like that. I don't know if that's true.

    Best of luck to your wife though. It'll be the best feeling in the world once it's all over and you're holding your new born child (or so I've heard).

    Exciting times ahead!

    I was going to advise you to NOT look at your wife immediately after the operation, even if the doctor tells you to, unless you want to see blood and guts hanging out all over the place and almost pass out (like I did).
