What war for oil? We only get 1.6 million barrels per day from Libya and the Saudis have already adjusted their production capacity to cover any potential shortfall in the event of a stoppage from Libya. All the tea party haters and wingers need to go and find another issue to bash the first African-American president (like his not being a natural born US citizen).
As I said in the "Let Freedom Ring" thread that I think there is a role by the international community to stop a bloodbath in Libya. That said I am against the US doing this unilaterally and think Europe needs to step up here if there is a no fly zone or other such actions. The Europeans are going to be the ones that will primarily deal with instability in Libya from refugees and disrupted oil shipments.
