I think we should allow Deke to continue to start the first 8 mins of the game, then put Yao in. Around the 3-4 minute mark is when JVG likes to start making his substitutions. By starting Deke, their #1 Center will be up against him and not Yao. Deke is not a liability defensively, and when Yao comes in he will be alot more fresh than his opponent and be able to close the quarter. I dont want to see the rockets rush Yao back into playing, it would be nice if he could only play 15-20 mins a night for a couple weeks. The teams chemistry is great right now, Yao is worried about breaking it. Also by having Yao come off the bench it will let the rockets always have a scoring threat on the court. We have seen in the past and still today with Yao and T-Mac either out or on the bench no one else can carry the team.
