Unless, Mike Harris has developed a consistent 3 pt shot like he said he would since the last time he played for the Rox. Then this guy is a big improvement over him

We have enough foreigners on our team as it is. Lets not go overboard.

At first I thought this thread was written in Kryptic wording and that we we're going to sign or trade for someone big. Then I realized there actually is a scrub named "Pops Mensah-Bonsu".

This guy is Harris on steroids.

Harris has had two shots at the team and hasn't stuck. At 6'5" with no distinctive offensive or defensive talent, its hard to see him coming back, plus how many undersized front court players do we need? I really like Harris though.

It's not unbelievable as he's the leading big man in the D-League at the moment but the source has me thinking it could be someone in China who misunderstood leebigez's posts.

NBA teams are allowed to sign players to 10-day contracts starting today. So there's a good chance the Rockets bring in a D-Leaguer.

all i read is taco taco taco.

This team needs energy. And of course, a go-to guy. Nothing more, nothing less. Just kidding, we need more.

We already have go-to guys. We need height and athleticism.

6' 10" and great athleticism on Pops.....doesn't that qualify for both height and athleticism?

He could be wrong but I assume he checks with a source especially if it's potential news...

Next 24-48 hours, CAI will sign someone, so I'll tell you.

Maybe all that story is a lie from CAI Zaragoza GM to the media in order to prevent from potential competitors.

Maybe for all the flack I take, maybe I know what I'm talking about. Not to toot my own horn, but I have been offered a job a a scout. Its doesn't pay nearly what I make running my own business and I didn't want to be away from the fam that much. Not that it makes my statement any more credible, I'm just saying.

The person who posted the SOHU article link expressed some doubt over its legitimacy. In the past some Chinese articles have derived fake rumors from unrelated posts here at Clutchfans. I brought up your nick as you had mentioned Sims in several posts recently. I speculated. I think you misunderstood.
