I believe they are looking for 1 of 2 things. A near all star (but not of Harden's quality - that rumor was just butt stupid) or young players and draft picks. Probably the latter to conserve cap room.

Morris, PPat, the 14th and 16th picks, Dallas's protected 1st round pick, Dally's contract, and the rights to Llull (or some lesser combination) might get them talking. Taking back Tyrus Thomas would probably be a given.

This. Some simple yet very sensible and profound statement.

Morey has been consistent with his promise of a big trade. All we can do is pray to the basketball gods that it happens this summer. Wouldn't hurt to sacrifice a virgin or two either.

    Draft Drummond.

Trade Lowry and Scola for Gasol.
    Sign Ish Smith
    Resign Lee and Camby

    Dragic / Ish
    Martin / Lee
    Parsons / Bud
DMo / Gasol / Tyrus Thomas
    Gasol / Drummond / Camby

Oh man, there are so many options that I would be excited to have happen. Can't wait for draft day. Might work from home that day to watch it all play out live!
