Does anybody know what the TV schedule is for the ROCKETS during the playoffs. I will be cruising and I want to know if I will be able to pick up the game over there satellite feed.

Matt Jackson said it during the Rockets Fan Feedback. And apparently 9:30PM is Central time. Talk about a late start.

probably on ESPN, and it will follow an eastern conference game

and i'd bet it's on saturday as this isn't exactly a high billing series

my bet is sunday has miami vs cleveland, and phoenix vs lakers
those are the 2 highest marketable games.

Don't be surprised if we get the shaft. The TV executives are drooling over the prospects of (1) Nellie vs Dallas, (2) Kobe vs anybody (this case the Suns), and (3) AI and Melo vs Spurs. Over in the East the LeBron lovefest will be in all its glory. They will also give Miami and Detroit plenty of coverage.

That doesn't leave much for the Rockets. I hope I'm wrong, but I am expecting at least two games to be on NBATV, with the rest maybe on ESPN2 or TNT.

we won't be on NBATV. that will be for toronto v. the wiz for sure.

we'll get the night games => prime time for that day. houston-utah is more exciting that u think. everyone thinks this will be the best series b4 utah sucks. so if we dont get a good time, blame it on utah.

Maybe they should put the home playoff games on ppv in Houston for good luck just like in the Championship era ... kidding kidding ... but seriously, I'm happy as long as they are all on national TV being that I am out of town now.

    Almost certain:
    Saturday:
    Tor-Was (or NJN)
    Chi-NJ (or Was)
    Uta-Hou
    GSW-Dal

    Sunday:
    Heat-Cavs
    Det-Orl
    Den-SA
    Pho-LAL

I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up like this, and we get a 6pm start time and Dallas gets a 9pm start time (primetime, plus a West Coast demographic). The two East games could be played in the afternoon. Alternatively, we could get a 4pm start and Chicago gets the 6pm start. The only way I see us getting that 9 pm start is if they put Dallas on Sunday and Detroit on Saturday.

    Should be Thursday around lunchtime.
