    first off, i love a nice set of boobs, fake or not. However, if someone i really loved wanted to get some fakies...i'd honestly be a bit hesitant. Same with a nose job or some other structural alteration.

    Lypo? I dont think i' be too concerened, but then again if she is too lazy to work out and take care of herself, and just took the "easy way out", then i would think less of her in general.
