I don't really know. I mean what did it say on the box or manual that came with your card? I mean teh only solution would be if it's the wrong card, then you should be able to return it and get the Pal version since it's their fault.
agree it is the card.... on the same screen in that drop down it only says NTSC and it is greyed out.. so i can't change it they have offered a full refund (i told them i opened it).. just can't do exchange as they don't have pal version
