    Is it weird that I've never had anything other than apple pies in my life? It's so good I just don't see why I would try experimenting with others. I think I'm gonna stop by at Kroger later on and pick on up before work.

    I make a buttermilk pie (my mother's recipe) that grown people fight over. I brought one to work for Christmas, and I'd get begged constantly for more.

    I went to Safeway the other day and they had this pie:

    a layer of cheesecake on the bottom
    a layer of pumpkin pie on top of that
    a layer of pecan pie on top of that
    covered with apple strudel on the very top

    I ate that whole pie in one day

    It is a little known gem. Each pie has like a dozen eggs and several pounds of sugar. Each piece probably has 800 calories and mega cholesterol.
