I’m wondering if there are any other HR professionals, managers, lawyers, etc… on the BBS who’ve taken or plan on taking HRCI’s PHR (Professional in Human Resources Certification). Looks like I’ll be taking Rice’s prep course during the Spring and testing for the cert afterwards. Several of my co-workers have taken and passed it. In fact, last winter I helped one of them study for it and was able to answer a ton of her study questions based off of stuff retained from classes I took while getting my degree over four years ago. I’m pretty confident that it’ll be a breeze with proper preparation and studying, but has anyone here taken Rice’s prep course or another similar one and passed the PHR? I'd love to hear about your experiences, if there are any.
