Now i'm not saying it's not cancer, but more likely than not just one of the more run of the mill things mentioned, sinuses, dehydration, lack of sleep, intestinal parasite or something. Just get a check up to be sure.
I feel crappy like that sometimes also. Super drained with those throbbing headaches. Could be shiftwork, blood pressure, low T, thyroid, sugar, stress. Who knows, getting old sucks. Good luck bro.
@Blatz if it is dehydration you could take a look at these electrolyte tablets my doc recommended when I was having a long bout of the poops and became dehydrated. They come in berry and orange flavor. The berry is good. They really do make me feel more hydrated. I'll drop one in a cup of water after mowing the lawn or eating some shitty food and it makes a difference to me. https://www.heb.com/product-detail/hydralyte-effervescent-electrolyte-tablets-berry-20-ct/2046795
To some who do have migraine with nausea/inflamed arthritis : soaking feet specially the plantar fascia (bottom)area in hot water for a few minutes might bring immediate relieve and restore normal heart rythem (assuming cold exposure while asleep was a factor) probably you need a Neck x-ray upon your appointment to be sure it's not associated
Yeah, had a 24 hour bug last month that made me feel exactly like this. Hair of the dog was not a good idea.
If this is a one-off thing, then I could understand a temporary bug, or something. But if it's happening consistently enough to where you're noticing it, I would go get it checked out immediately. Again, not to scare anyone in this thread, but one of my friends had somewhat similar symptoms (waking up disoriented, throbbing headache, light sensitivity, etc) and turns out she had a brain tumor. She had it removed, and is back to normal now, but it was really scary for a while. Good luck OP, and please keep us posted on how your appointment went!
