    So, it's still the 2008 Super Bowl. Besides, if he were suspended for a year, he wouldn't be able to get back until the 2010 Super Bowl (for the 2009 season.)

    If he gets suspended for a year and his replacement does well, I don't know how much of a choice Kraft would have. I'm not even sure how well Belichick would do after the suspension, just from a continuity standpoint.

    Like Moestavern already stated, its completely irrelevant. Plus he was talking about the pats coach not owner. I'm sure he probably doesnt have beef w/ mr. kraft so why bring up al davis?

    So I'm guessing that "Spygate" is one case where the annoying "gate" reference is somewhat applicable?

    Belicheck's actions seem eerily similar to that original "gate".
