    I think this is great!! I've always thought Bev's injuries would be less a factor if he got back to his first year Rocket weight. I think he'll have a even better than year than last year

    The only way I've seen (and done it, marginally) is carb cycling. High carb/Low fat on Heavy days (squat, DL), balance of each on medium days (bench, shoulders), low carb/ high fat on off days. And no carbs after 6 pm on any day.

    Also, way to go Pat!
