BTW- I love Bev, but since you just became a Rockets fan you probably don't remember pests like Jeff Hornacek, Detlef Schrempf, Stockton, John Starks, etc. Players who were scrappy as hell and always put up great #'s against us. I hated how they played us, annoyed me how scrappy they were, always causing a ruckus with their irritating D and seamlessly easy buckets, but I would have loved to have had them on MY team. Tough, focused and scrappy. Just like Bev, I'm just finally glad we have a tough as nail irritant on our team.

The Bev statement actually makes him a huge Rockets fan because he's saying that since he's on the Rockets he likes him lol. I'm a diehard fan to all Houston teams but I'm the same way with some Rockets. I love Harden now that he's here but I couldn't stand him when he played for OKC. Don't like the way he plays the game for the most part

 

Coaching skills aside, you just have to love McHale's dry humor. He couldn't be more right about this: “Is that called contentious now in the NBA?” McHale joked. “I thought that was a little catfight.”

Yea, but I'd take him on the Rockets any day on the week and twice on Sunday. No knock on Bev either.
