my roomate who works for the dailytexan got a copy of the first couple episodes for this upcoming season. it is hilarious. definitely worth the half season wait
Can't wait... been waiting since the fall for this show. NBC's lineup isn't too shabby on Thursdays. I watch The Office, P&R, Community, 30 Rock, and Outsourced. It's nice to have P&R back.
Awesome. I was pretty upset when I found out that they didn't have P&R for the first half of the season because it was my favorite show out. It's miles funnier than The Office nowadays.
Parks & Recreation has single-handedly proven that a new show can completely bomb and then recover. After the first 2-3 episodes, I just knew this show was dead in the water. But they renewed it and the writers figured things out. Bravo!
Some stuff that has been all over the promos, but worth mentioning is that Rob Lowe will be joining the cast full time and the character of Mark Brendanawicz will not be returning (which I do not mind, really the only character I did not like on the show) So true I actually think the Office has recovered well too (obviously it started off on a very high note), but it went through 2-3 seasons of garbage before storming back this season.
IMO the best show in the lineup. I never got into 30 Rock or The Office. Community is good, but P&R, cracks me up.
I just started watching this on Netflix last month. It started slow, but it's pretty great by season two. I'm looking forward to this season.
When did this show start picking up? I enjoyed the last half of season 2 so much that I'm tempted to watch everything I've missed.
Ron Swanson saved that show, it's actually enjoyable now. Adam Scott is money in just about anything he is in.
True... but I never leave a show hanging in the middle of a season. I always finish my shows that I watch. I can still bare watching it, but I would agree that it's an epic fail.
I agree, gotta watch something in-between 30 and sunny. It's a corny ass show but it actually pulls better ratings than community, if you can believe that.
