Okay this is getting really out of hand. These guys are just posting random babble just to get their post counts higher. I am all for creativity and sometimes the off the wall threads but some of the stuff in the Rockets forum is getting out of hand. I say at least give a stern warning and let it be known that stuff like that has a different place.

I know I already mentioned this here, but I really like the idea of the rating system with the new UBB version, but I hate the other new stuff that comes with it.

It seems like you could be able to customize it and leave this board like it is, but replace the post count with the ratings, I would really that idea.

Members can rate other members, and post counts aren't displayed. If that's not possible, then I'm cool with the way things are now.

Edit: I really don't care about my post count or the post counts of others, if I ever mention it, it's because I'm joking....

I'm all for it. I said it in the Hang Out forum that I would much rather have a member rating then a post count.

I say we make a rule that no one can start a new Post Padding Complaint thread. This thread is redundant to like 50 others. Can you please just post in one of the other "Post Padding" feedback threads from the past.

Maybe then, you will realize the futility of it all.

btw: Pete Rose, BGM can come back after the last game of the year. It is just a seasonal bet. We have to get everyone back to normal before next draft day, so that we can make a bet for next summer. [IMG]

That's cool! I like the idea of a yearly bet to put monikers at stake. Maybe next season, DaDakota will actually accept the consequences if he loses! [IMG]

    HP,
What happens if we go into the playoffs? Are we stuck with these new names until the end of the regular season or the Rockets season?

Don't tell anyone this, but I kind of like being the Pete Rose troll...

Post count padding sucks! (free post! [IMG])

Rockets' offseason tasks in order of priority:
    • Get rid of Cato under any circumstances.
    • Sign Chris Webber.
    • Re-Sign Hakeem.
    • Re-Sign Moochie and AirBullard.
    • Pick up the Langhi option for another year.
    • Trade for Bo Outlaw and Raef LaFrentz.

I will never understand peoples infatuation with post counts. Just enjoy this site for what it is-entertainment. Anything beyond that is your problem, not Clutch's.
