That goal post looks heavy man. Do you need any help to move it more?

What are her expressed political ideas. I thin she supported Hillary and Obama, but an
Deckard, hopefully you don't find Warren (the lady who is 68) too liberal. A Democratic Senator who pisses off Republican Senators is not that unusual.

Kamala Harris is outside of possibly Biden, who is one year younger than Bernie, the centrist Dem the establishment is pushing. She reportedly made the rounds in the Hamptons and the huge money crowd in the East Coast right after she won the Senate Seat as a potential Dem presidential candidate. She should be a favorite of Wall Street Democrats. After resisting, she has verbally come out for national healthcare which is a plus, but I'm not sure I can trust her not to cave at the first sign of disfavor by big Insurance or Wall Street on the issue.

. I doubt Kamala excites folks the base much more than Hillary, but at least she does not start out with the negatives (both deserved and undeserved) that Hillary had. Kamala's lack of name recognition we can assume will be taken care of by big money and media much as it was done for Obama.

Well if Democrats want 4 more years of Trump, this would be one of the best ways to ensure that.

Perhaps. I would not vote for her. It seems to me though that the odds of Trump leaving D.C. by anything but embarrassing circumstances is verrrry small.

Hilary was a bad candidate. My original point.

Bush was likable. That's the only thing that matters.

    It's literally a popularity contest.

I don't know what goal post I moved.

Bush won twice and got everything he wanted till Katrina.

I don't agree with him but that's not the point

There are only really a few independent votes up for grabs every election but they can decide big states

Oprah might have appeal in Florida with those voters but not Ohio

That's how you have to evaluate it. It kills me that Trump out campaigned Hilary in Michigan for example. Those votes with her come down to likability

You stated that GWB and Hillary are from the same cloth.

They aren't. I showed you how and then you moved goal posts .

Understandable, people on the interent have too much pride in their comments they type to admit when they are clearly uninformed .

She has supported increased healthcare, espoused her support for abused women, and donated to groups that work in poverty-stricken communities.

I'm not Deckard but Warren would but my top choice. I'm slightly puzzled by your dismissal of Kamala Harris, who is someone that Elizabeth Warren, herself, supported. I think it is too early to tell about Harris, but I am leaning toward a favorable opinion of her.

I haven't typed"from the same cloth" anywhere in this thread until now.

I never said they were alike and Hilary was given more.

    Please don't say I said something I didn't

    Please

White Women love Oprah . . . . .. FAR FAR MORE THAN THEY *LIKE* HILLARY
They would be the reason why She would beat Trump
All she needs is 50/50 split among them

I don't Think Trump carried a single minority (unless you count White Women)

Okay, so you just strengthened my premise that you are moving goal posts.

You just went a step farther.

So explain to me how someone who attended public school all their life and was raised in a middle class household was 'given more' than someone born from a father who was a US President?

Who got legacy admitted into their higher education?

Who actually earned their position as a high skilled lawyer from a prestigious highly selective school?

Bush had family name but he wasn't an overnight sensation.

Karl Rove built hm over time.

That what im saying. Hilary's years as First Lady aren't aren't part of her career as politician even though she definitely uses it when touting experience

That's like Bush saying I was politicking in the womb

Maybe you just haven't experienced higher education enough to know how important it is in shaping ones commpetency as a professional to earn their higher education through their academic merit in a high level skill rather than being handed a degree from a prestigious university because of daddy.

Hillary Clinton's childhood is much more similar to yours than Bush Jr's childhood.

    She started from significantly less.

All that school **** doesn't matter?

You want your lawyer to not be able to pass the BAR with no formal law education?

You want your engineers designing your braking system in your vehicle with no enginering education?

You want your open heart surgeon to not have any formal medical school training?

She started as a Yale law grad trial lawyer.

That is a level of competency that 99% of the population never reaches.

Also, law is very important in understanding the legistlstive bill making process and understanding separation of powers in government, which is pretty damn relevant in holding public office.

Ya, I'm putting your educational history on blast if you think that nutting out of daddy that hands you everything is the same as a lady who was born in a household that is more relatable to our childhood and actually working her way up to obtain a high skill level through her own hard work..

Hillary in her life has shown an ability to earn a high level skill completely on her own merit unlike Bush Jr or Trump.
