Again with more hearsay from internet lawyers. There are places in Houston that exist as of right now that allow dogs and serve food.

Yeah, but I am sure they have to fall under certain guidelines and requirements in order to maintain their food license

Do your research. I know in groceries, pet food cannot be shipped or stocked near regular human food. I would assume the same would be applied to a restaurant.

Check the laws and regulations.
