I am 10/10! I am still pissed off at getting the #4, I would have felt much much better if we are getting one of Wemby/Scoot/Miller but now I have to convince myself that Amen figging Thompson is the man. A guard who can’t shoot never works! Lonzo, Fultz, Suggs, none of them become a star. And now prima donna is coming back. None of the FAs this year excites me. Future look as bleak as they come. I am genuinely sad.

I’m happy they did not get 5 or 6. Hoping they trade up which is easier to do from 4.

I don’t see how they can’t either if they want Scoot. Go get him

I was super pissed aswell but I guess pick 4
    Is not so bad.

Harden is going to play here 4 seasons. Afterwards, Amen Thompson should have some sort of jumper.

Hope if we do sign Harden the contract isn't too bad and we can cut bait on him after year 3.

Amen Thompson would have a real chance at having broken out by then.

Or we could trade up for Scoot. I hope they haven't given up on that option.

Y'all seriously need to chill. Yeah, I'd rather have a top 3 pick, but to feel 10/10 hopelessness because we didn't land in the top 3? Give me a break.

We previously drafted at #2, #3, and have two steals in Sengun and Eason. If we stick at #4, that's a third top 4 pick in a row, along with another nice pick at #20. We hired a fantastic coach. We have a ton of cap space. We own the Nets' draft for the next four seasons.

    Enough with the dramatics.

Whitmores upside is huge also. Cam is just as good as prospect as a SF

I would say if we were bringing back Silas I would be 10/10. With Udoka, I'm 5/10. That's not nearly as bad. I expect a better more disciplined performance out of everyone on this roster.

Why would I feel hopeless? We have the best coach we could have gotten, we have a lot of young talent that should be making large scale improvements, we are getting one of the best players in the draft and we have assets and cap space to use to fill out the roster in the short and long term.

Maybe it's a CF tradition to always pretend like the sky is falling but I'm excited for next year. This rebuild reminds me so much of the Astros one but some people think you just get to skip to being a world series team without the 3 years of triple digit losses that it took to get the talent in the first place.

    Be patient and go outside.

    Obvious cherrypicking dude.

All-NBA guards who came into the league without a 3P shot:

    Derrick Rose
    Jason Kidd
    Ja Morant
    De'Aaron Fox
    Russell Westbrook
    DeMar DeRozan
    Rajon Rondo
    Jimmy Butler
    John Wall

Meh. This team has been in disarray for so long now I'm getting used to it. Whatever. They're going to improve eventually.

Amen’s shooting is way worse than anyone on the list. He’s just a pogo stick at 6’7”

What about without 3 point shot, midrange or floater game, and also sucking from the line?

I'm hopeful. I would love to have Harden here if he was 100% into teaching Jalen and Jabari. I believe both of them have the "killer" gene which Harden seems to lack.

I'm super excited, Rockets have good ownership and a great coach alongside three potential stars in Green, Jabari and Sengun. Considering how ahead of the schedule this rebuild is I couldn't ask for more. The tanking years are in the rear view mirror as The Rockets were able to acquire tons of picks and good young talent that can be used for trades. Wemby did not want Houston, I'm glad The Rockets did not land the 1st round pick. Its a wasted pick if the player does not want to be here. I'm algo glad they got as high as 4 after getting 2 and 3 the previous years. I hope they don't sign Harden, dude decided to quit and leave just to go choke all over the league. He basically drove the franchise to the ground, caused the rebuild and now wants to stroll back in like nothing happened and be the head honcho. He can gtfo out of H-Town... Go choke elsewhere.
