I was under the impression that the ACLU only gets involved if their help is requested, so have you checked that this guy asked for their help before dragging their name through the mud?

 

The cop was an a**hat for pulling him over. No reason for it.

 

Freedom of speech is painful.

 

He says abort doesn't mean kill.

The semantics argument here is a lot like the imagery argument in the racist monkey thread. What was meant? What should be understood? And lots of people feigning ignorance about double-meanings.

Whatever he thought it could have meant, the police officer forgot one key fact about the law : abortion is not illegal.
