    I don't believe that for a minute, and neither should you. I imagine that McNair and the rest of the ownership group know damn well that this is very much a rebuilding project, and that they're just hoping that the fan base buys the mantra that it's not. They wanted to save a few million by not eating the GM's contract and spending more on bringing in a new one.

    You can't argue with the facts on the field. I'm not complacent or accepting but you think this team will get anywhere ? Super bowl bound?? That's the goal right. If you are mediocre you'll ride the mediocrity treadmill in perpetuity. At least the Astros front office figured it out. Would I love for Mallett to become Tom Brady and lead us to the promise land ? Of course but will he this year? Computer says no.

    So I'm going to either root for us to win 10 in a row or suck because I'm tired of the sh** that gets put out there year end year out .
