This game was lost on Kubiak's inexplicable decision to kick the field goal from the 1. When you do that in the fourth quarter, down 10, you're essentially saying your defense has to be perfect. They can't even give up another point. And for whatever reason, Harrington is locked in and has torched this D with regularity... even when he's under pressure.

If the Texans were going to win this game, they needed to outscore the Falcons, and the field goal was an inexcusably conservative call that cost them this game.

You're down 10 though..either way the defense has to put up a stop in a 2 possession game...at least get the points to make it a 1 possession game first, then go from there.

This game is where it's at on stupid penalties, wrong end of overturned calls and bad defense.
