    We need to start thinking about trading up for Manziel. If he gets into the mid to high 20's I think I make the move.

    I think most bad teams now realize that you can't make a mistake with your first round pick.

    Its the single biggest difference between a successful rebuild or having to reboot/restart everything after 3-5 years (or whenever the rookie flop comes off the books).

    Late bloomer. Chargers actually drafted his replacement while he was still on the team.

    But even more credence to not reaching or making conclusions on a QB... either not early in the draft, or even early in their careers.

    Cleveland still needs a QB and has another 1st rounder.

    Arizona could take one. Carson Palmer is getting a little old.
