I'm gonna miss the 2022 (and barely 2023) Texans. When I think about all our important posting work in these game threads, it give me the feels.

If anyone takes in data and changes their opinion in this century, you have to leap up and celebrate, shout for joy. It's a rare thing.

As inexplicable as Michael Caine's casting in Jaws 4: The Revenge might seem at a glance, the distinguished British actor explained his reasoning himself in a 1992 memoir called What's It All About?. According to Caine, he and his family were preparing to move from Los Angeles to Oxfordshire, England, and were having a house built. Unfortunately, the building costs ended up being way more than anticipated, and Caine was experiencing a bit of a dry spell acting-wise, so things were getting worrisome. Then, Caine was offered what he calls a "tremendous fee" to appear in Jaws 4, reportedly around $1.5 million dollars for a week's work.

The money he made off Jaws 4 enabled Caine to finish building his new home without issue, leading to this amazingly honest quote: "I have never seen the film, but by all accounts it was terrible. However, I have seen the house that it built, and it is terrific." Additionally, Caine was enticed by the prospect of filming a movie in the Caribbean, bringing his family along and having what he considers "a great holiday."

The Texans winning a meaningless game to hurt their long term outlook is so predictable.

Bears tanking, Colts tanking, everyone around us tanking. This is absolutely disgusting management by Houston here.

It’s worth hurting the long term of the franchise in order to win a meaningless game. Disgusting.
