Good news is that Fuller could have went back in per BoB. Watching Watson dice up the field with Akins, Fuller, Coutee, and Hopkins was really fun.
This is sign #1,838,827 of bad coaching. It’s amazing how the most obvious situations are so incredibly bungled by O’Brien. Look...a win is good to end the streak. A win @ Indy is even better. But no one should look at this as anything other than delaying the inevitable. Playing an even moderately competent team and we’re 0-4. There were good signs (Clowney and Mercilus showing up finally, Coutee giving us a real slot) and then there was the usual (taking foot off gas too early, Fuller hurt again, poor clock management). I want to be happy about a win but I also wanted to see signes that games 1-3 were an aberration.
Is it though? Didn't feel like he played to win at the end of regulation. Why would you expect him to in OT?
I"m a little disappointed that the Texans won...the more they lose the quicker BOB will be out of here. I'm glad Watson and everyone looks to be improving. Watts looking more like Watt...great game from Clowney...and Keke...wow, great pick up.
Jack in the Box has a promotion this year where if the Texans score two touchdowns, they give away a free Monster Taco the next day. That's right, the Texans don't even have to win the game anymore for fans to score free stuff!
I said this in the other thread but KeKe looks like a first round gem..freaking impressive. Watt looking high energy, Clowney showing up all good and Watson could have easily had 400yards passing . He seemed to have better life/energy juice out there and the int I don’t think was totally on him. Good positives
