Yep he's been trash a few years. Don't worry he won't be back.

Honestly the entire coaching staff should be fired, but they won't be. Instead their incompetence will lead to them getting more control over the team.

I think a case could be made for BOB being the worst head coach in franchise history because while Dom Capers knew nothing about offense, he was at least a good defensive coach. BOB does literally nothing well.

Even with DW4 playing out of his mind he found a way to lose.

Not really because despite the fact that he says "it's on me" after every game, he then leaks out propaganda suggesting that nothing is his fault. He can't even accept blame right.

Colts are Blue's designated good game.

    Let's see if history repeats.

Fairbairn is not bad, but I hope they bring in some competition during camp to keep a fire lit under him

Why call a time out just to run the clock out with three straight run plays

It'll probably be Hoyer if BOB ends up with more personnel control.

Because it's BOB and nothing he does makes a lot of sense.

    After this game ....
    Bob McNair retires
    Cal McNair becomes CEO
Rick Smith is promoted to COO
A new GM is interviewed and hired
    BO'B signs extension
    Everyone is happy.

How would that make everyone happy? We'd be stuck with the worst head coach in franchise history for even longer if that happened......and he'd likely have a lot more control over personnel after getting the previous GM replaced due to ultimatum. That would be pretty disastrous for the franchise.
