It's hell to get old. Hopefully he continues to get to feeling better and comes back strong next week.

 

i don't thing age has anything to do with how you recover from a helmet to helmet hit. i've seen a 21 year old take the same time.

i guess we will see what dhop does as a number 1. in previous years, when dre went missing it felt like the offense regressed to pewee football level.

 

Well as you age EVERYTHING takes longer to heal, but you could be right, it might have just been that bad of a hit to where anyone would still be out. Hard to say one way or the other. All we can do is wish him well, concussions are a b****.

 

The line for the game has held steady the entire week (-7 for the Colts), with NFL insiders probably expecting/predicting Andre Johnson to not pass the concussion protocol. The Texans are 5-2 ATS on the road, while the Colts are 5-2 ATS at home. One last tidbit, the Colts are 15-2 following an ATS loss the prior week. Tough game to predict based on my emotional attachment to my home team, but objectively based on trends Colts -7 is the play. O/U - 49.

Honestly, if Posey plays, I expect a decent game from him.

 

Well he might be getting his big opportunity, hope he seizes it and makes the most out of it.
