Toronto's been drafting the same big, versitle wings with questionable jumpers since Bruno Cabocolo in 2014, with Pascal looking great, OG a high-level role player, Bruno a total waste of a pick, even at #20, and Barnes highly overrated after stealing a ROY from Evan Mobley then not improving at anything in year 2.

Him fixing his jumper is the difference between him becoming the next Pascal at least and becoming this decade's Tyreke Evans.

This is why I was never high on Barnes as becoming a superstar type player and why I never considered him over Green or Mobley.

Not that he sucks, but I think his max ceiling is like an Aaron Gordon level of player from this season.

Scottie had that 3-4 months of good basketball to steal the Rookie Award from everyone.

A lot of Raptor fans blamed this on FVV, which interesting to say the least for us

I'm not sure, Scottie has always been touted as a Draymond mold player, if FVV refused to let the coaching staff develop Scottie the way they wanted due to Fred wanting to get his numbers in his contract year, it's pretty bad on FVV as a leader.

But who knows exactly what happened, team underperformed, coach was fired, FVV walked. Hopefully we aren't getting a selfish leader

I'm just reading the vibe from the media day interviews. Masai says there's no more selfishness and Scottie says he'll get the ball more, and Pascal says he's not a selfish player.

So there's alot of passive aggressive vibes going on and I hope to God it better not be FVV.

I like Siakam but is a team without a superstar really underperforming with 41 wins? I mean that is average but when I am looking at the roster.....there are skilled and defensive talents but nothing cries super scorers.

Kawhi and Lowry really added 13 Wins to that team.

FVV numbers were really inflated to me 20-21 ppg.....okay.

He might be averaging fewer points, on much worse efficiency, and he migt not be 6'9, a lockdown defender, a great rebounder, or an adequate passer

But at least our guy, selected 2 picks earlier, is a bucket
