    Astros Owner Jim Crane really needs to put all his Resources on a Venezuelan Academy. I don't know the Political Problems or not. But Jim Crane needs to find more Players from Venezuela.

    Gerry Hunsicker signed them but didn't protect them or develop them

    Johan Santana - Rule V
    Freddy Garcia, Carlos Guillen trade for Randy Johnson
    Richard Hidalgo kept him over Bobby Abreu

    Magglio Ordonez had in camp rejected him White Sox signed him.
