I don't think he needs to be the savior - the team is still winning and doing fine overall. It seems like the ideal time to bring him up - to be helpful, he just needs to be a functional hitter in the bottom 3rd of the lineup so Springer, Altuve, and Correa have more people to drive in. He (or some other guy from AAA) just needs to not be a 0.600 OPS type guy to earn a spot in the lineup, which is about as low an expectation as you could get. It would be different if Correa/Springer/Altuve were not hitting or were hurt, or the pitching was struggling and we were losing, but he's wouldn't be expected to come in and lead the team.
The Astros' H2H record with them is an embarrassment... something like 65-110 One vs Zero is the best though
Its a long long season. Astros just need to stay within striking distance of the division lead. Our offense wont continue to only get 1 hit a game
Terrible performance by the hitters. I will try to hold back my fury until the end of this month but I am sick to death of this offense getting completely shut down.
Ok I get it.. You're more of a "wait your turn" kinda guy.. I'm more of a "if there's a need and you may have a solution, do it" kinda guy...
There is 100% something going on with the bats at home. Idk what it is but it’s pathetic. There has to be some reason for the bats being the worst in the league at home and the best in the league on the road.
