[Premium Post] False on both counts. My dreams are often celebrations of my impeccable character and high intelligence, and my sexual security is an impregnable fortress that is capable of repelling vast armies of seductive attackers. GOOD DAY
I am interested in hearing more about his policies. He seems to have a decent enough identity to make a few debates.
My opinion remains undisturbed, but I have to give you credit for something I've given you credit for in the past. You do have a sense of humor!
[Educational Post] Behind the baby-faced boy scout look, he is just another typical liberal. His policy positions include Higher Taxes - reaching straight into your wallet Open borders - threatening the most vulnerable members of our economy and society Promotion of climate change fantasies, at the expense of higher energy costs Stripping law abiding citizens of their Constitutional right to keep and bear arms - removing ways of defending families and concentrating gun ownership in the hands of the police and government Stripping hard-working Americans of their jobs by declaring jobs below a minimum wage to be illegal Aborting babies right up to the delivery room table - snuffing out their heartbeats (cruel) Before you get too invested in Butti, just know that he has no chance. The Democrat Super-delegates will squash him if he makes it far enough. GOOD DAY

Rising Democratic star Pete Buttigieg enlists Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton fundraisers to build his 2020 campaign war chest Brian Schwartz | @schwartzbCNBC Published 9 Hours Ago Updated 7 Hours AgoCNBC.com Pete Buttigieg's increasingly popular presidential run has drawn the support of more than two dozen top Democratic fundraisers, according to a list CNBC obtained from campaign aides. The list includes people who bundled big-dollar donations for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Steve Elmendorf, who bundled more than $100,000 for Clinton in 2016, decided to back Buttigieg on Sunday, the day the mayor officially launched his campaign with a speech in South Bend.
You’re either sincerely naive and bigoted, or a troll trying to stir the flames on D&D...either way, it’s refreshing that you’re part of a dying breed. I have absolutely no qualms about voting for a composed, gay veteran as president of the United States. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence and/or integrity would have no issue with two men living in the White House.
[Premium Post] I laid out a detailed view of Butti's policy positions and you respond back with nothing more than identity politics and personal attacks. It's a shame, but not surprising, that you don't have what it takes to debate me on policy. Do you really see the world as gay vs straight, man vs woman, rich vs poor, black vs white? If so, that is reflective of highly immature thought. Be better. Take your first step in improvement by reading the words below: [Begin Classic Post] When The_Conquistador makes voting decisions, I focus on two things: 1. Policy positions. Important to me are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. What candidate espouses positions that will advance those causes? I want to be rich, safe, independent, and have fun. I don't want government invading my freedom or privacy, I want low taxes, I want a strong military, I want a vibrant economy, and I want low cost energy. These things are important to me, so it logically follows that I vote Republican. 2. Effective Executive Leadership. It's one thing to hold a policy position, but it's another to have the executive leadership skills to advance those positions and turn them into reality. Trump is a man of accomplishment, having built businesses in real estate, TV entertainment, casinos, golf courses, consumer products, and several others. He is capable of laying out a vision and then marshaling the resources to turn that vision into action and then into reality. He's quite good at it, in fact, as evidenced by his accomplishments in office. This is where Obama fell woefully short (thankfully for those on the right). Obama could lay out the vision, but his execution on the plan was very bad. This is why his foreign policy was atrocious, his economic plan fell very flat, and he whiffed on a climate change bill despite having strong majorities in Congress. Simply put, I vote for politicians who can make my life better. They have smart policies and they can get them done. That is why Donald Trump has been the best President of my lifetime. GOOD DAY
I voted for Hillary in 2016. That's how much I loathe Trump and his "movement" and what those imbeciles have done to the GOP. Granted.....I live in Texas, so I was fully aware that my vote was a throw-away vote. So that made it easier for me. And yes....I'll vote for Karl Malone before I vote for Donald Trump.
https://www.nationalreview.com/2019...bortion-extremism-hurts-his-religious-appeal/ From David French on why Christian conservatives will never rally to Mayor Peter and it has nothing to do with him being gay.
Eh. He's 73, so he's not exactly the new young voice of the GOP that I'm hoping (against all hope) for. Plus, I have trouble washing the stench of running with Gary Johnson off. Gary Johnson is just....weird. And as an unfortunate consequence, rightly or wrongly, so is Weld.
I debate for a living. You posted earlier that the US isn’t ready for a first man in office. How can you say you’re only arguing policy? Lol Oh and supporting any candidate who blanketly wants lower taxes or, conversely, wants to throw tax money at every problem is dumb. There should be no other opinion besides “all taxes should be individually evaluated based on their merit”.
ChristIan conservatives are not voting for a Democrat anyway as shown by their unwavering support of Trump.
Right I agree. However, one of the pushes from the media has been that Mayor Peter might be able to tap into the Christian Conservatives because he makes his faith a central part of his life. Christian Conservatives (as in the ones who identify that way not ones who happen to be both of those things) are willing to overlook almost ANYTHING to move in lock step on abortion. The left's biggest mistake, in my opinion, is that they have gifted Trump a boogeyman on social issues. These abortion bills are going to push people who could have stayed home or been in play as voters into being Trump voters. Democrats should not have wanted to turn this election into a referendum on socialism, abortion and single payer healthcare.
Democrats have not turned this election into a referendum on socialism, abortion and single payer that is just what the republicans want you to think and the media is running with it. The fact still remains that Hilary who was a unpopular candidate in the right and the left won the popular vote and Trump is not gaining any new supporters. i don't think any of these candidates will carry the baggage that Hillary did and the enthusiasm is definitely on the side of getting rid of Trump. Those are just basic facts.
[Premium Post] You may debate for a living, but I am a far superior debater than you. This stems from my off-the-charts level of intelligence, but also from my insatiable appetite for dominating those who hold differing political opinions, like yourself. I never said that the US isn't ready for a first man. I merely asked whether the US is ready for First Gentleman Chasten Glezman, who is Butti's husband. Because I am feeling generous today (since it's Exoneration Day), once you acknowledge your error, I will graciously forgive you. It's OK to be bested by The_Conquistador. All other liberals reading this have often found themselves in a similar circumstance. GOOD DAY
Yeah.......all of that AND because he is a homosexual. Right or wrong, being a homosexual will result in some people not voting for him.
