Which network has the double-header each week is determined before the season starts. The late afternoon national game each week is also predetermined. When Fox has a double-header and the Texans are at home on CBS Sunday afternoon, Houston is blacked out from the early game on Fox. If the Texans play on the road, on Thu/Sun/Mon night or (usually) when CBS has the double-header instead of Fox, Houston gets 3 Sunday afternoon NFL games.
