Oh most definitely, I know where you're coming from and I know that the Bears are not the only team affected by such action. The problem with Cutler and Vick is that they have the name recognition so anytime a media outlet can come up with something that sounds like a story they are going to run with it fast. I was tired of hearing about Reid possibly replacing Vick all of last week when you pretty much know that is not what he was saying. Last night Vick said he was not a fan of icing the kicker and I believe I read at least two newspaper articles claiming Vick was rebelling against Reid's coaching. Yes, I know the ridiculousness of media stories. Like I said, I would imagine that some of Cutler's actions upset some teammates and coaches and I would imagine Vick upsets some of his teammates and coaches with his turnover problems. They just know how to keep it between themselves and let everybody else blow it up into some over-hyped, mega story.
Cowboys are just imploding. Bears D which was supposed to be a weak spot going into this year because of it's age keeps impressing me.
Said it before and will say it again: Tony Romo and the Cowboys need a divorce. He's very talented but it just isn't meant to be in Dallas. With a fresh start on another team, he might reach his potential and stop making so many boneheaded plays. He's one of the few Cowboys players I've liked over the years. I'd root for him to succeed if he left.
Hey Brian is only 34, not in his prime but still really solid. Still most in Chicago, along with myself thought we'd see drop off in the D this year.
Yea...we suck and we know it. Jerry World...where homefield advantage always goes to the visitor. It's about a daunting a place to play in as a Romper Room. Come on in! Let us have it! Great week of practice! Next!!!
Romo now has 1 more interception and just as many fumbles lost as Vick. Can we please, please, please hear somebody nag him ALL week about this?
