    The Seahawks have put together some good wins. Some horrible losses, but definitely notable wins mixed in. That one against the Giants probably took out 85% of the nation's survivor league players. If it wasn't for Ted Ginn beating them in week 1 and deflating their morale, I think the Seahawks could've been competing in the NFC west.

    To be fair, I was all set to play him, but I listened to a flood of twitter feeds that said that McCoy would be limited, but he'd give it a go. My reason for benching him was due more to injury news than anything else. I had him in the lineup with 3 minutes till kick off.

    Unless you have a stud on your bench who isn't facing a horrible matchup(like Ray Rice last week).
