Man he's such a sorry ass coach.

I'm at a loss with this franchise. I really, really love watching football, but I have such an awful taste in my mouth because of this monument to mediocrity, I can't even enjoy other games.

I honestly try to muster up some give a damn for every game, but I just can't. My brain has cut me off for my own good.

New England’s defense ruined my Sunday.

Lol I started them in Fantasy. Keep looking at my lineup and had no idea why I was up so big... and then I scrolled down.

They usually get wrecked when they go down there too. And in hot weather.

Miami is absolutely putrid this year. I don't know if they'll win a game.

I don’t think they’re trying to win a game. They gave up 2 pick 6s in the fourth and that’s just adding insult to injury. What a bunch of butt****ers.

Thank you Justin Reid! My favorite play of the game. You saved us from an embarrassing defeat!!!

Its great to take a win, but against a team who is, not so much a playoff team, sorry qb, and by 1 point, where they were gonna take the win on ya? Get out of here texans.... lol

This is like the rockets playing sorry and letting the Pelicans come back and take the win!!!
looks like this team is gonna be bad, even after the nice display last week. They are either really banged up, or just didnt expect the jags to play such a good game. well wasn't ready for the competitive edge, was expecting a win, and got a match.. lol

They seem to play to the level of competition. They'll go toe to toe against the Seahawks, Patriots or Saints but also go toe to toe with the Jags.

It's a sign of bad coaching.

So.....when will the Texans add a routine screen pass to their playbook?

I'm shocked we didn't run any, especially considering we have Fuller, Keke, and Stills. All are blazers.

Look at Mahomes highlights today. On all of his throws there's at least 5 yards between him and the nearest defender. He has a clean pocket every time and he has all day to lob accurate bombs downfield.

I can’t remember the last time they ran a screen pass to a running back. Most teams run that play to slow down an aggressive pass rush, which is the exact problem the Texans face in any given week.

Bill O'Brien is a master tactician. A real student of the game who digs into the nuance to get every possible advantage.

What if this franchise went all in to go get Mahomes instead of Watson? Probably would have ruined him any way

I've noticed it. Very true. Lots of people hate acknowledging that truth and it why at times I wish Watson was playing for a different franchise.

The main difference between Watson and Mahomes is Andy Reid vs Bill O'Brien

No doubt, scheme and poor offensive line play are huge factor in Watson’s inability at times. Those are huge issues, he also holds on to the ball too long at times and tries to do too much at times. Locks on to receivers instead of going through progressions as well.
He has the talent to be elite, Mahomes is already there partly because of better scheme and offensive line play but also from quicker decision making.
