    i just feel a bit old since a lot of the people who i work with are early 20s and now i cant say that about myself anymore

    Try turning 40. I'll be reaching the 4 decade mark in November. But, I don't find it depressing. And I didn't have a problem turning 30 either. The only thing that has me a little bummed, is that I feel like I've lost about 5 steps in the last two years playing Ultimate. My legs just get really tight, though I warm up and stretch before every game. Anyway, I'll be playing in a 2 day tournament this weekend and I've been stretching everyday this week, whether I play or not, to see if that makes a difference.

    Used to all the time and even then I could feel my knees breaking down. I don't have the time anymore (I really need to make time). My max on the bench has gone from 290 to probably not even 250. :(
