Dude if McHale wasn't so terrible at ruining tempo with hack-a-jordan, we wouldn't have been down 20 pts in the third

It was a gamble that most ppl would have taken....so i can forgive him for that...

The 4th qtr gamble he took was something that most would have not taken....it was the primary reason that we won the game.....give him that credit

The ball sack on McHale tonight gained mad respect from me....

No other coach in the league in this situation would've sat a harden, curry or Lebron (best player on the team) in a do or die situation .... Not the biggest x and o fan of mchale but wow. His nuts are hanging at his shoes and we as fans are reaping the benefits .... Wow. Still in shock

Gotta give McHale credit for benching Harden on the fourth

McHale basically put his coaching tenure on the line with sitting Harden the whole 4th.

If we lost, we would have exploded on him and I wouldn't be surprised if Harden threw some underhanded comments.

    What a gutsy move.

So, you are saying that hacking Jordan in the 2nd quarter caused the third quarter problems?

    Stupid, just stupid.

Was McHale terrible at ruining tempo in the 4th?

Stupid, just stupid hate of McHale.

McHale is a gamer coach (as he was a player). Not a great tactician, but he played the hot hand and it worked. Defense turned the tide on the Clips and McHale's ballsy move to keep Harden on the wood was the right call. Good job coach!

Popovich is the only coach in the league who would have had the stones to keep harden on the bench. I was shouting for Milkhair to out in Harden. He stuck with his instincts. Gotta give the man credit for having guts.
