The decision to start hacking and subsequently throw away every ounce of momentum and flow that we had is one of the worst coaching decisions McHale has made in his tenure here. Unbelievable.
this moron still doesn't know that he should use hacka strategy to disrupt the opponent's rhythm, not your own you imbecile smh.
if jordan hits 2/2 you don't b**** out and stop doing it. %'s are he'll go 0/2 next time. so i disagree, if any grounds for firing it's because he stopped hacking.
If it costs us a chance at a game 7... He took the whole team and a hot Harden out of rhythm and everyone in the world knew Doc would hack Dwight back, except for McFail.
you don't use the hacka strategy when we have the momentum and rhythm on our side. this is common sense and the NBA coach still doesn't get it? wtf
I'm laughing at the Milk Hair APOLOGISTS in the game thread who don't understand that hack-a is for KILLING MOMENTUM. When you have momentum, the lead, and the clippers are struggling you do NOT hack. Notice that when the Spurs used hack-a against us it was when we were behind and gaining momentum on them. Of course the apologist think too simply like this guy:
i swear to god, i sometimes feel like we have the dumbest personnel in the whole NBA league. from coaching to players, we really lack intelligence. so weird because our GM is supposed to be this high-IQ genius yet the guys on the ground are really really dumb. wtf.
Can some of the people who say that Mchale is a great coach please explain why we are using the hacking strategy?? Anyone?? We were up by 4, we had momentum, and an almost silent LA crowd. Why on gods green Earth would you then decide to tempt fate, when you have so much to lose. I need an answer to this..
