Trevor Lawerence out with a bad ankle injury and then the Jag kicker whiffs the FG in a tied game. Bengals may drop the Jags within 1 game of us tonight and they'll be without Lawrence for at least 1 game.
The ankle looked bad, but falling on his bent leg looks like it could have tore something. Weird and awkward fall.
have any of the rule changes actually had an effect on protecting QBs? seems like they are going down same as ever if not more. This back up looks so nervous. i appreciate Davis Mills so much more watching this guy. Davis does his job when he comes in
You don't ever want to get a leg up bc of a injury but screw it we have been hurt all year. If Lawrence is out any of the next 2 games, jags lose against browns and ravens.
I think we have a bigger problem with Indy. They have a super soft schedule the rest of the way. We will have to win out and that means beating them the last game of the season.
Yeah, as ugly as it looked and his reaction, I'll be surprised if he didn't tear something and doesn't miss significant time. Especially sucks that it was his own guy that stepped on him.
I wouldn't say they have a soft schedule. Every one of their games is a 50:50 matchup. They've gotten lucky but I can easily see them losing 2 or 3 of their remaining games. Need OT to beat the Titans. Texans have a softer schedule.
I don’t know it’s close. I think both teams keep eking out victories. I think, last night withstanding, Cincinnati is an easy out, so is Pittsburg. Their toughest game is against us. Tennessee is a real wild card for us. Division rivalries are tough.
What’s funny is I bet this board went insane yelling at Slowik for calling yet another predictable run play haha.
Wow, nice job by Robert Woods blocking a DE on that Nico TD pass. He didn't have to block the guy for long but he didn't get run over like you would typically expect a WR would against a guy that size.
Damn.....tickets to the Texans @ Jets game are crazy cheap.... I get it, NY is a dumpster fire....but my goodness.
