#Texans O’Brien said "Oh yeah" when asked if Deshaun Watson could play Sunday vs Bills. — Greg Bailey (@GregBailey13) October 10, 2018 "The only thing I talk to him about is taking care of the ball." Bill O’Brien on DeAndre Hopkins. Also mentions his yards after the catch ability has improved. Me and butt chin are in that relationship that everything started out awesome, but now I cant stand the breaths he takes, the words he says, his mannerisms or the way he looks.
#Texans Deshaun Watson: I’ve been sore after games plenty of times. You just move on. — Greg Bailey (@GregBailey13) October 10, 2018 Deshaun on needing to avoid hits: "It’s a fine line. You gotta pick your spots & your situations."#Texans — Locked on Texans (@lockedontexans) October 10, 2018
When is the last time we won by more than 3?! Side note: I hope Alfred remains the lead back. He lacks any great physical traits but has good vision and is always active in the passing game. Lamar has terrible vision and the full workload seems to limit his effectiveness. He probably needs to be limited to 8-10 touches max.
It's what I've been saying all along. It's the execution that's the problem, not the playcalling. But tell me again how awful O'Brien is at play calling.
I honestly can't name his signature wins in the last 5 years. Beating the Colts in Indy a couple times now, and maybe this Cowboys game? I can definitely name signature losses though.
They have to beat the other team and overcome OBrien's play calling at the same time, which is difficult to impossible. Those runs up the middle against a stacked line who can see it coming game after game is just baffling to me. The only thing that tops it is the shotgun formation at the two-yard line. Not sure I have ever seen that done anywhere and for good reason.
Bengals. A couple times. Especially that one time the Bengals came into the game undefeated. You could probably include the Titans last year because of the margin.
When was the last time they won in regulation? Can they play Blue every other game. I promise he follows every good game with a head scratcher Last year against the Steelers, 16-108. The very next week against the Colts, 18-39. The previous year vs the Bengals 21-73. Decent. The next week he started and went 11-28 against the Titans. There is a reason he is a backup back. Every now and then he just fools you into thinking he is more.
I know it's really dangerous the way Deshaun is running into tacklers but DAMN is it endearing. Dude wants to win at all costs, despite 0-3 start and Clownshoes O Brien.
Every team in the AFC South is banged up. The Titans are the least banged up and are leading the division. I think the Texans have IRd a player after every week. I hope that trend stops.
