That was weak from Marwin... gotta at least try there... a play some outfielders def could have made.

By definition, that's a judgement call. You can only protest the misapplication of a rule.

Marwin needed to lay out for that one. I’m sure he knows it. He’s not a good outfielder and probably wouldn’t have made the catch even if he had gone for it, but he’s still got to make the effort. Oh well!

Hate to lose, but it was a very entertaining game and seeing the Red Sox celebrate like they had won the World Series was a sign of respect.

It was actually a fact that he was out, leaving zero room for judgement. There was only one correct call and it was plainly obvious that it was SAFE. I don’t give a **** what you think about it btw.

I'm wondering if Marwin's oblique is still bothering him that why he didn't dive?

I'm just telling you the actual definition of what MLB considers a judgement call. Ball/Strike, Out/Safe, etc... are all judgement calls. You don't have to care what I think, if you don't want to be a dumbass you should probably care what the MLB rules are though.

I wouldn’t be so pissed if the A’s would just stop ****ing winning. And they have the O’s next. We’re just going to have to keep taking care of business.

Not saying Jake replaces him... just guarantees Jake a spot over a 13th pitcher, 3rd catcher, or a speed only guy. Hinch loves the Reddick-Marisnick-Springer alignment in leads.
