    I bet the dim lighting in the Trop affects the way the umps see the ball, which is why Tampa is so low on the list. Either that, or Manfred is a vile piece of **** who has no qualms directing umps to try and keep certain teams out of favorable positions for the playoffs. Potato potahtoe.
