    I'd be okay starting a package with Velasquez and a #11-20 prospect. Or even Velasquez and P-Tuck. But if the Phillies think they're getting two current major leaguers with front of the rotation starting potential and 5+ years of future control for a closer, they're insane.

    The 2014 Astros going into opening day had a 44 million payroll.

    Zach Greinke and David Price combined will make nearly 65 million next year.
