And now the Mariners are a game behind suddenly. **** This loss just got even more annoying

 

Given that most data suggests 1-run game results are largely luck, I'd much rather be 34-20 with a 4-10 record in 1-run games than be 34-20 with a 10-4 record in 1-run games. I'll take being dominant everyday over being lucky or squeaking by opponents.

 

I'd rather be 10-4 in one run games with a 40-14 record myself.
