Weird, almost like the Astros will score more runs facing a pitcher that isn't Zack Greinke.

Davis' ABs have looked a lot better the last couple of games. You can tell he just looks more comfortable... and that the pop is definitely there.

Peacock gets unreal run support. Can we just start him every game and have him throw one pitch?

My son just texted me - Peacock RBI Double- does that mean he gave up 2 runs or drove in 2? I'm guessing the latter since it's in AZ.

Geez, what is it with guys hitting for Peacock? Including Peacock himself???

How's Stassi looking behind the plate so far?

Really good receiver (pause). Haven't seen the arm yet but he's definitely a MLB worthy backup C.

Not just Greinke, any ace or #2 in the league they face. Astros make good pitchers look good and bad pitches bad. This will be a problem in the postseason when there's nothing but good pitchers.

Rodney: Given up an ER in 1 of his last 10 outings and 3 of his last 33. If you want to include his bad April in your stats you can. I know Rodney isn't as good a closer as a lot of guys and I had hope yesterday vs. him, but silly statements (like it's a slump because you can't score off him) are silly.

FFS...that's how the D'Backs get their 1st hit of the game? Dribbler that kicks off of the bag.

Peacock must bring brownies for the batters every time he pitches. His run support is crazy.

Of course, they're doing this while I'm at work.

Except his last game against the freakin white sox where we couldn't score more than two runs a game

This is a tired narrative that is just plain wrong. They statistically have the best offense in the last 20 years (at least), you don't do that only against bad pitchers.

Just saw the stats. Peacock providing his own run support. NICE!
