Its like watching a game at Coors field.... singles routinely turn into doubles.

Altuve's first 3 K game this season... 5th career. Amazing
    _____

    Reddick's stats W vs L is staggering ---.916 OPS vs .630 -- 49 RBIs vs 6 -- 55 Runs vs 8
    _____

Three damn DPs tonight. Good thing Greinke should have a 100+ PC after 7.

Greinke has a downright imposing presence. He exudes confidence whether he's hitting all his spots or not. Probably messes with you as a batter and makes you more defensive.

McHugh has the calmest, most collected, presence of any of our pitchers. He even looks like a robot in his windup. At this point, he's probably just tired, but credit to the D-Backs for turning everything into a double.

Good stuff from Clippard. Tough spot to make your team debut.

Win the next 3 with no Greinke.

Very disappointed with the offense today.

McHugh did well against a great lineup.

Fisher hit the ball hard 4 times and basically had nothing to show for it. Bummer.

This is why I stopped watching the Astros with the teams from the 2000s. The starter goes out and gives up only two runs, and the offense can't even muster a single one. I remember it happening to Clemens all the time. Would give up one run and lose the game.

How does a team go from consistently scoring inhuman numbers to putting up goose eggs in such a short and dramatic fashion? Even the injuries can't fully explain it.

It's a long season and they have been hit hard with injuries and the trade deadline blues.

The best offensive team in this millennium and folks still can't help but throw a fit after a shutout from one of the best pitchers of the last 5-10 years. My lord.
