He should have plenty of leash. However if two weeks from now he’s been playing regularly and still isn’t heating up at all then maybe you start thinking about POSSIBLY sending him back down. The thing is that there’s not really any better options that have proven they belong.
Just go check out Springer and Bregman's starts if you're worried about Tucker. Dallas worst pitcher in baseball Keuchel now has a 3.60 ERA, and a 2.00 ERA in his last 7 starts with the team going 6-1. But I'm sure in his next bad start we'll see more about how much he sucks, and he's a terrible person, and good riddance.
The only reason why I dislike the super 2 stash, vs the first month stash, is that the team has to endure the awkward adjustment phase in the midst of a season that you already know what you’re getting from everybody. There is going to be an adjustment time with Tucker. Even Mike freaking Trout sucked when he first came up. Relax.
With Keuchel getting back to his normal self, our rotation is pretty sick. I don't even know how you would choose the starting pitchers for the playoffs. All our starting pitchers would be the first or second pitcher on almost any other team.
Pisses me off that Trout will not promote this series, but even more disappointed to find out that smurfette is one of Gargamel's minions. It's rough out there.
Verlander, Cole and Keuchel would be the main starters if playoffs started now Morton and Lance transition to the pen so well I’m sure that’s what we would do
Yep Verlander, DK, Cole, Morton for a start Lance, Britton, Rondon, Devo, Peacock..... Sounds like I’ll get my 8K check from Gallery furniture
Gotta get another bat. After speaking with my doctor friend, he thinks it's a disk issue. If 8 weeks from when he got injured Correa isn't playing, then rehab isn't going to work and he's going to have to have surgery. Luhnow probably needs to go out and get another bat just as much as he needs a closer.
