    I'm referencing the FBI investigation of a TYPICAL hand loop on a garage door in a NASCAR event. That's called HYPERSENSITIVITY to the point of absurdity. If you are not aware of it, my point would not make sense.

    It is a bit of a stretch from "Tie" to a Loop (a method of tying the end of a rope or string to the FBI investigating a garage door handle.
