A few posts later I asked the question if it was voluntary; who is subjected to waterboarding?

Waterboarding is a form of torture, wont argue on that point. I know this doesn't exist but I would label it as a misdemeanor torture crime. If I was captured and had a choice to listen to Cher "Do you Believe" on repeat for 12 hours or be waterboarded, I'd probably choose waterboarding.

Little comedy...Have any of you ever heard the radio advertisement for a NASA sleep study? You have to lay down, head tilted back at a slight angle for up to 90 days without getting up. You have to take a shower that way too. Read some blog entries about this and participants joked that they were waterboarded daily.
